Pelaez Residence
Residential Single Story Design Home
​​This project required the architectural Design and Space Planning of a single story three-bedroom contemporary residence. An open floor plan, with lots of windows to allow natural sunlight and hardwood flooring throughout created a contemporary and elegant environment. Brick veneer and classical millwork added a traditional sensibility. Both AutoCAD and REVIT was used to create design drawings, construction documents, presentation renderings and 3D model.

The Londie Mansion

This project required the architectural Design and Space Planning of a three-story with a man cave in the lower level, a four-bedroom contemporary residence. Comes with an arc entryway in living area and hard wood flooring throughout creating an elegant environment. Brick veneer with stucco, classical millwork added a traditional sensibility. REVIT was used to create design drawings, construction documents, and 3DS Max was used for presentation renderings and 3d model.
