​​Commercial Architectural Design Project
This project required the architectural Design and Space Planning of a commercial building including restaurant, retail and office space. Brick veneer, Williamsburg Grey shingles, with carpet and tile flooring were used to create a modern environment. AutoCAD was used to create floor plans, exterior elevations, sections and presentation model.
Roxy Hill Apartment Complex
​​Apartment Complex Design Project
This project required the architectural design and Space Planning of a apartment complex floor plan residence. An open floor plan, and hardwood flooring throughout creating an elegant environment. Stone and brick veneer on the exterior. REVIT was used to create design drawings, construction documents, presentation renderings and 3D model.
